Aim : Encoding and decoding the video for intelligent searches
First you need the ability of a video editor to split the sound into frequency and pictures into frames per second. Meta data can be inserted to each picture that even supports Facial recognition. Voice data its frequency is determined and meta data can also be encoded. Same as parsing the entire video everything can be split into a timeline and an algorithm will create all the data that is encoded into the video. In this way you would have already prepared the data like a web spider for intelligent searches where it does not matter what format is your video. All you need to do after that is to create the “intelligence” into your searches with the ability to spin off hundreds and thousands of threads depending on your computer power, each with different goals and objectives with the ability to merge all your data later into a matrix or 3D environment. Later with translation technology it is even possible to understand all languages and convert it on the fly with videos, where you can select the output in voice or text.
