I always believe the Landlord must provide the lead
Provide the right information
About the potential of real estate especially it’s location
It’s catchment and it’s potential customers
What amenities is nearby
And the right mix of tenants that will ultimately succeed
It is not just placing an Ad in the newspaper to look for tenants
It is the trick of finding the right kind of tenants
That will increase your right customer base
I will therefore work with my tenants to ensure they succeeed
It could be a straight rental base or profit sharing model
At the end of it, it must be a win-win situation
Only when all succeed can you push for a REITS model
If the Landlord doesn’t provide the lead
The tenants will be lost
You can never succeed in real estate
If you do not have the right information.
