In 1992, I have worked with INFOTOOLS to extract data from the yellow pages phonebook and setup a huge database of property owners and contacts for data analysis and marketing. AGENT TOOLS was setup to enable property agents access to this database and with Property Transacted Prices from SISV, we are able to analyse the trend and go deeper into each segment of the property market to advise our investing clients. Much have changed since 1992 and with databases from various sources, and with new data mining technologies, you do not a series of computers to achieve it, just a 64bit Desktop computer. Likewise, data extracted from the web can be put to good use for marketing and understanding your customers needs to enhance the customer experience.
